This three-step strategy is learned from Georgia-Russia conflict over South Osetia that was masterminded by US politicians;

1. Buy a puppet President of a small country who would start an armed conflict with your Competitor
2. Tell the puppet President to start a massacre of citizens of yoiur Competitor
3. When your Competitors starts defending its citizens, launch a blaiming campaign in media (CNN, BBC, Fox, etc.) that wouldn't mentioned that it's your puppet who started the massacre

Intelligent people will see your step-strategy through, but who cares?

Most people in the world are not able to see what's beneath the surface, so you'll get the majority on your side.

Cinics and liers rule, because they have critical control over mass media like CNN, BBC, etc. to able to poison people's brains and manage their opinion.

I'm not surprised to see the cinicism of American and Georgian politicians who masterminded this massacre of civilians. I'm not surprised to see how CNN covers it in a way to mislead the public and make the villain Saakashvily look like a victim. I'm just surprised at the scale of their lies. Usually, they tell 90% truth and 10% lies. This time is just opposite: what they say is 90% lies and 10% trues. I believe much less people will swallow these lies. But if they do so, they probably have no other choice but to increase the share of their lies multifold.
