That should not be allowed. It should be max 1 month extendable for another month 10 days before expiration.

For instance, this service idea is a clear ad. That person misusing the site and you allow him to do so. Even worse, this irrelevant idea will be burning for three years thus confusing visitors and damaging the image of the site. Just think about it!
