Both individual infopreneurs and companies selling e-products lose a lot of hard-earned money because of serial refunders, people that always want a refund after buying your products (see the article "How To get Rid of Refunders")

A database with a simple matchmaking algorythm would help e-vendors identify serial refunders and react to their refund demands accordingly. Just feed the name of a refunder into a global database and check the refund record of a customer asking for refund.
