Often companies arrange for a taxi driver to meet an arriving passenger. Airports are a crowded places. Drivers often make mistakes, especially in developing countries, so the arriving passanges had to waste - nervously - a lot of time until they locate the driver.

An electronic board inside an airport would inform the arriving passenger about the location of the driver and his/her phone number. In case the driver failed to meet the passenger at the exit, they will still find each other easily.
