If the service proves to be profitable, airlines can offer a competitive service at the check-in desk. They are better placed - the passenger doesn't need to search for the airport wardrobe. Besides, airline can offer an additional extra-fee "wardrobe" service when you buy a ticket online. ALternativele, they may offer this service for free to business-class or all passangers to attract more of them.
