I propose to create like a fun4biz website. At that young authors can upload theirmusic, poetry, art and lyrical works. After all, it will help them tell about themselves and their work. And maybe go to specialized  schools of art.
Maybe now a lot of talent hidden in the crowd.

We actually have such a website pisaki,ru. It's already 11 years old. In the Russian version of Fun4Biz - Fun4Biz.ru - we're planning to create a similar collective creativity poetry and novel service.
