Experts only can define the value of the improvements suggested. |

For the "Suggest an Improvement" chapter, I think Experts only should be given the rights of voting.
In the instructions to voters, it should be clearly indicated that:
- error corrections would get max 7 points
- strategic improvements would get max 10 points
A field "Nature of Improvement" with two choices "Error correction" and "Strategic improvement" should then be added.
If "Error correction" is selected, max number of points sould automatically be set to 7. |
