Create the "Select the Best Team Member" service that would enable those interested to shortlist the best candidates based on their weighted criteria:

1. Give the visitor the possiblity to assign weights (1 to 10) to each criteria: Weight the criteria according to their importance to your business; criteria: Creative Entrepreneur, Creative Problem Solver, Inventor, Improvement Champion, Joker
2. By default, the period "Last 3 months" is selected (options: Last month; Last 12 months; All time)
