For Suggestions, the columns "Started" and "Closed" are important for monitoring as they show how long it took to implement a suggestion.

  1. Instead of "Modified", create columns "Created" and "Closed".
  2. The value of "Closed" column is empty by default and remains empty untill the recors is closed.
  3. Statistics to be collected and made available for "Implementation Time". The options are: (1) Less than 5 days; (2) 6 to 10 days; (3) 11 to 30 days; (4) Over 30 days
