Extend validity of unsolved problems or change their status.

Further, we need to make an automatic statistics of implementation of suggestions for improvement (% of implemented, implemented with modifications, etc.). Such "closed" suggestions "under consideration" will either spoil the statistics or will make calculations impossible. So we have to make sure that such error will not happen again in the future.
