I was asking for the % of Total for every age group, not for the male/female %-ge breakdown withing a given age group. Yet, this %-ge is also useful and can also be provided, but as a percentage of the grand total, not the age group total.

More important though to know the %-ge of every age group in the total population. So, a %-ge column should be added to the Total.

One more thing. Reading % values in brackets is visually difficult, especially when the length of numbers in lines differs. It's better to create a separate sub-column for each value, but make columns "Male:, "Female" and "Total" easily distinguishable. There is enough space to do so.
