Today I visited new discussion in the contest "Why? What if?" and have noticed that this discussion has two ranges of voting: one for the field "Why?" and the other one for the field "What if?". I could vote using both ranges.

Sveta, almost every invention and innovation starts with challenging assumption, i.e. with an effective "Why?" question. So, at Fun4Biz we evaluate capability of people ask effective "Why?" questions.
