U.S. Vice President Jow Biden, in his interview to NBC TV channel, announced cyber attacks and hacks as a new major U.S. political weapon. .The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is tasked with preparing major cyber attacks. Biden added that any cyber action would come "at the time of our choosing, and under the circumstances that will have the greatest impact."
