 A US court ruled that Kira Plastinina, a 17-years-old Russian fashion designer, cannot use her name "Kira Plastinina" as a brand in USA because her name, in the court's opinion, looks like a brand name "Kirra" of another fashion designer.

PS: Kira Sergeevna Plastinina, born June 1, 1992, in Russia) is a Russian fashion designer. She is considered to be the world's youngest fashion designer. She has more than 80 stores in Europe and Asia under the brand "Kira Plastinina"
