Need To Urinate While in a Traffic Jam

All too often many of us need to urinate while we're stuck in a traffic jam. How could we solve this problem?

Similar to pain-relief pills, Piss-Off pill would reduce the bladder pressure and, thus, the need to urinate for a while.

I hope it's not a big problem for drug manufacturers to develop such pills.
