The worst imperfections of paper business card is
a) it can be lost
b) an information on this card is not refreshable.
There are a lot of variants of electronic business card. I like the one: flash-business card, which has USB-port for computer and a button with function of synchronization ot two the same flash-cards. But it has its own wrinkle: it would be the best variant if everybody (or the most people) could have such flash-business cards.
